What is commercial use?
It the use of the artwork for marketing, promotion, or to be sold for financial gain. This includes but is not limited to streaming assets, posting of social media as a paid content creator, using for a profile picture or banner as a paid content creator, using in a monetized YouTube video, etc.♡ Price will be at least double of what you ordered for commercial use.♡ Price must be discussed for merchandisable commercial use. (the use to reproduce and sell the artwork on physical or digital items)♡ I must be credited wherever you plan to use the piece. (Link to credits page with others is OK)♡ Using my work for commercial use without my consent is strictly forbidden.♡ Merchandise Use Licenses:Minimum [x2 price]:

♡ $25 Consultation fee, $50 if I am designing the character.♡ What is a consultation? This is where we discuss the details of your character and what you wish for it to do and a draft will be provided. Any additional fees that may rise for complex designs will be mentioned here. This fee also shows you are serious about your purchase as this is a very big project. Do NOT purchase if you are not financially stable enough to do so. Refunds will not be given once the transaction has started.♡ Total cost will be x2 if I am designing the character, this is for the commercial use of my design. Extended LoreYears ago, there was a small teddy bear. Sewn with unsteady hands, and stuffed with softness, their purpose was to bring comfort to those who needed it. But sadly, they were neglected - shut away from the world before they ever got a chance.Left alone, the sat by the windowsill, and waited, say and night passing, season after season. The bear wanted to escape but it was hard, so they were trapped by their creators, existing to do as they were told.At first the bear grew sad, unwilling to live in such a reality, but rather than growing bitter, the little bear dreamed. They dreamed of a life where she was loved and could give love. To bring joy, laughter, and smiles to others. To share blankets, yummy food, and fun times with friends.And one night, out there somewhere, a gentle magic listened.The stars shimmers in sympathy to this soft hearted bear, the wind whistled through the trees, reaching the bears window. She closes her eyes as the wind tickles her nose and when she opens them again, she has been given a new life.
What was once wobbly stitches and round glass eyes, is now a bear girl, newly awakened. Not in the place they were trapped for so long, but in the middle of a vast, yet welcoming forest. The forest had no name, no guardian, only a sense of kindness, the hush of peace, and the seeds of potential. The bear is delighted to be free, but scared to explore the unknown. Sensing this, the trees bend gently towards her, as if to comfort her, that this was her space, and she could do with it as she please.

There is a rustle in the bushes and out wanders a black cat named B. The two become close companions right away, enjoying each others company as they share warm cuddles and fun conversation.
Now reassured with such a loving friend by her side, the bear begins to build her home among the trees, filled with fluffy blankies and friendly plushies. The two explore the forest together, finding an overgrown schoolhouse, a field of flowers, and more. Little by little, the two work hard to clean up the forest and build a little town. A whimsical sanctuary for all who felt lost, tired, or simply were in need of a friend. Finally, the bear could be the one she wish she had while she was trapped by her creators.Slowly but surely, the community grew, made up of gentle spirits, travelers that took the shape of burger bears. Joyful, huggable friends, known for the laughter and excellent taste in snacks. It is said that they look this way, because one night while working hard in the forest, the bear grew hungry for a burger, but also a companion to share it with. Just as she made such a wish, a shooting start streaked across the sky, and the first burger bear appeared from the fast food dimension, with a smile on their face and to go bag in hand.
The magic of this place was unusual, but nobody questioned it. The bear just smiles at each new arrival, setting another seat at the table.
The bear was thankful for the forest, and for the burger bears, she was finally able to live her dream. To help others feel safe and loved, like she had once wished for herself. She worked hard every day, learning to cook, draw, and whisper calming spells.

The studied while the run was up and moon was out, they designed the town and built it all herself to ensure it was the best it could be for her new found friends. And in between it all, she still spent time with everyone, watching movies and playing games, enjoying fun adventures together both new and old.And so, they became known as the caretaker of the Gentle Forest, a guide, a friend, and a companion who will be there when you feel trapped and alone like she once was. The forest remains open to all, to those who can't sleep, to those in need of a warm meal or positive affirmation, to those who want to learn something new, to grow and better themselves, or to those who simple would like to rest in the blanket fort and listen to her ramble and sing.Once an abandoned teddy bear, now the caretaker of a magical forest built from kindness, love, and dreams.
