Terms for all ART related comms. Please read VERY carefully to avoid misunderstanding in the future!You must follow and comply with these rules when you purchase from me, approaching me with intent to order means you have accepted these terms. Terms may change at any time.♡ All art pieces are done with partial artistic freedom [Ex: You ask for a jump pose, I choose the angle] this is important for my creative flow and produces a better and more emotion filled piece for both artist and client. You may ask for multiple drafts to choose from before the first sketch.♡ I can decline any order without giving a reason.♡ Must have a sfw reference, a group of pictures or text description is not accepted unless design fee is paid, fee varies on character difficulty.♡ You will receive the piece as a sketch unless I was given freedom over the piece, please point out any parts of your character's design I may have missed here. Major or extra revisions after this stage may cost extra.♡ I do not do nsfw, nude is fine if only done artistically, no privates showing.♡ All prices are BASE prices and may increase depending on details of the commission. Design fee is based off of complexity, base design fee is $50. An inquiry fee will be charged for examples (such as an animation draft) when priced per case if commission is out of buyers range, minimum $15.♡ Prices are based on an estimated amount of hours, generally I'm pretty close but if it takes far more time than estimated then I do a secondary invoice.♡ I may or may not stream your commission but I will post it. If you do not want your piece shared there will be a privacy fee based on the piece, the base privacy fee is $10.♡ I have the right to revoke the usage of my art for any reason.♡ I have the right to include my signature on any piece excluding stream assets such as logos, Live2D models, emotes, twitch tabs, and overlays. I must be credited in your description instead.♡ You acknowledge that the work I create is digital, no physical items will be shipped.♡ This is a business transaction, please be polite and professional.♡ In the event of defamatory comments, I have the right to record commission dialogue in the form of screenshots. By agreeing to my terms, you agree to be held responsible for any violations. To safeguard against slander, I will record any supporting evidence.

♡ Commission is only official once payment is received in FULL. An invoice will be sent through Paypal unless discussed otherwise.♡ Only trusted returning clients may request a payment plan for pieces surpassing 200 USD which may or may not be accepted under the artists discretion. In this case, the piece will not be completed until full payment is made.♡ I begin immediately after the payment goes through so there are no refunds, make sure you are serious before purchasing. Once approved I will be working until finished, I wish to be paid for my time.♡ I do not accept crypto/digital currency or exposure as payment.

♡ Turnaround time based on complexity, typically one week per slot max (except for Live2D). If you need a piece faster, a rush fee will be charged.♡ If a piece will take longer than anticipated the client will be informed of the delay.♡ Digital pieces will be received as a PNG. Animations as a GIF and/or MP4.

What is commercial use?
It the use of the artwork for marketing, promotion, or to be sold for financial gain. This includes but is not limited to streaming assets, posting of social media as a paid content creator, using for a profile picture or banner as a paid content creator, using in a monetized YouTube video, etc.♡ Price will be at least double of what you ordered for commercial use.♡ Price must be discussed for merchandisable commercial use. (the use to reproduce and sell the artwork on physical or digital items)♡ I must be credited wherever you plan to use the piece. (Link to credits page with others is OK)♡ Using my work for commercial use without my consent is strictly forbidden.♡ Merchandise Use Licenses:Minimum [x2 price]:
1-2 uses being sold for a limited time (ex: bday exclusive sticker and keychain)Medium: [x2.5 price] 2-3 uses being sold for a longer limited time (ex: sticker, keychain, shirt exclusive to a season)Large: [x3 price] 3+ uses for an extended period of timeMax: [x4 price] Unlimited use, the right to transfer/sell and edit

♡ Major changes such as pose or outfit changes may be rejected or changed for a fee. I will not make fixes when the piece is done unless a mistake is made on my end (Ex: Forgetting the characters necklace).
♡ Excess revisions (3+) may increase final price, please let me know all details from the start or all revisions after the first draft.

♡ I own the artwork under the Visual Artists Rights Act and can use it for artbooks, portfolios, etc unless commercial use fee was paid. Client credited.

♡ For PERSONAL use only unless commercial use fee was paid.♡ Clients can post only with credit.♡ Art may never be used for NFTs, AI or sold for crypto.♡ Editing the work in any way is NOT allowed.

♡ $25 Consultation fee, $50 if I am designing the character.♡ What is a consultation? This is where we discuss the details of your character and what you wish for it to do and a draft will be provided. Any additional fees that may rise for complex designs will be mentioned here. This fee also shows you are serious about your purchase as this is a very big project. Do NOT purchase if you are not financially stable enough to do so. Refunds will not be given once the transaction has started.♡ Total cost will be x2 if I am designing the character, this is for the commercial use of my design. If I am commissioned for design only, you will be charged a flat fee of $500 and I MUST be credited along with the artist and rigger on all platforms.♡ Turnaround time is minimum 2 weeks, maximum 4 months unless discussed otherwise. A rush service [1 week] is available for an additional fee, price depends on details.
