Please read VERY carefully to avoid misunderstanding in the future!GENERAL
You must follow and comply with these rules when you purchase from me, approaching me with intent to order means you have accepted these terms. Terms may change at any time.
- All art pieces are done with partial artistic freedom [Ex: You ask for a jump pose, I choose the angle] this is important for my creative flow and produces a better and more emotion filled piece for both artist and client. You may ask for multiple drafts to choose from before the first sketch.
- I can decline any order without giving a reason. Must have a sfw reference, a group of pictures or text description is not accepted unless design fee is paid, fee varies on character difficulty.
- You will receive the piece as a sketch, please point out any parts of your character's design I may have missed here.
- I do not do nsfw, nude is fine if only done artistically, no privates showing.
- All prices are BASE prices and may increase depending on details of the commission. Design fee is based off of complexity, base design fee is $50.
- Prices are based on an estimated amount of hours, generally I'm pretty close but if it takes far more time than estimated then I do a secondary invoice.
- I may or may not stream your commission but I will post it. If you do not want your piece shared there will be a privacy fee based on the piece, the base privacy fee is $10.
- I have the right to revoke the usage of my art for any reason.
- This is a business transaction, please be polite and professional.PAYMENTS
- Commission is only official once payment is received in FULL, I am new to vgen so please bear with me as I figure out their payment system, I am only familiar with doing invoices through PP.
- No refunds, make sure you are serious before purchasing. Once approved I will be working until finished, I wish to be paid for my time.If you don't feel safe directly commissioning me I have a VGen! Feel free to commission me there instead!(♡˙︶˙♡)

REVISIONS
- Major changes such as pose or outfit changes may be rejected or changed for a fee. I will not make fixes when the piece is done unless a mistake is made on my end (Ex: Forgetting the characters necklace).DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Turnaround time based on complexity, typically one week per slot max. If you need a piece faster, a rush fee will be charged.
-Piece will be received as a PNGUSE
- For PERSONAL use only unless commercial use fee was paid.
- Clients can post only with credit.
- Art may never be used for NFTs, AI or sold for crypto.
- Editing the work in any way is NOT allowed.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
-I own the artwork and can use it for artbooks, portfolios, etc unless commercial use fee was paid. Client credited.COMMERCIAL USE
-Price will be at least double of what you ordered.
-I must be credited wherever you plan to use the piece.Live2D rules only:
Vtuber assets are not considered commercial use unless sold as merch.
-$25 Consultation fee, $50 if I am designing the character.
What is a consultation? This is where we discuss the details of your character and what you wish for it to do. Any additional fees that may rise for complex designs will be mentioned here. This fee also shows you are serious about your purchase as this is a very big project. Do NOT purchase if you are not financially stable enough to do so. Refunds will not be given once the transaction has started.
-Total cost will be x2 if I am designing the character, this is for the commercial use of my design.
-Turnaround time is minimum 2 weeks.
